Good
Good enough for a couple of nights to recover from the jet lag. The pool and beach area was lovely. Room was very spacious.
The structure is fairly dated. The food available at the hotel wasn't the best. There was loud music played at the pool most of the afternoon. Overall, not great value for money even for Cancun.

What would you highlight about The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun
It was what we expected; a pricy but decent stay in an overly touristy spot.
The property has loads of amenities, we used the gym, tennis courts and some of the multiple pools. There was lots of entertainment throughout the day like bingo and kids club etc., if that’s what you’re looking for. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and as pictured in the listing.
The food isn’t great, and it’s wildly overpriced. Overall, the place is catered heavily to Americans, and doesn’t feel Mexican in any way, but that’s almost to be expected in Cancun. The hotel decor seems a little past it’s time and could do with a refresh. And maybe because it was off season, but the back of the hotel where the surf machine is and other pools looked a little abandoned.
